We plan to meet each Monday evening in St. Paul’s parking lot for a one-hour walk.
You already know the physical and mental health benefits of walking for weight loss, stress management, lower blood pressure and improved mental health. Have you considered the emotional and spiritual benefits? Sharing thoughts and concerns with fellow walkers, enjoying creation, or using the time for reflection, meditation, and/or prayer can also improve your spiritual health.
So lace up your walking shoes and bring your friends, neighbors, and family and join us.
