St. Paul’s Walking Group

We plan to meet each Monday evening at 6:30 pm for a one-hour walk at different locations around Middlebury. Check our Facebook page for specific details.
You already know the physical and mental health benefits of walking for weight loss, stress management, lower blood pressure and improved mental health. Have you considered the emotional and spiritual benefits? Sharing thoughts and concerns with fellow walkers, enjoying creation, or using the time for reflection, meditation, and/or prayer can also improve your spiritual health.
So, put on your walking shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray, bring your prayer request, sunglasses, friends, neighbors, & family and join us.
